The Viera Company
The Viera Company was established in the 1980s to develop a master planned community in north Brevard County, FL. SignAccess has designed, fabricated and installed numerous signs for countless projects throughout Viera, including The Viera Discovery Center, home to Viera Realty and Viera Mortgage, Inc., the Duran Golf Club, and The Villages of North and South Solerno.
Viera Discovery Center
SignAccess designed, built and installed a monument sign for the Viera Discovery Center, which is located along a busy community traffic corridor. They required a functional and attractive monument sign that would catch the attention of tourists and commuters as they pass through Viera's vibrant town center, encourage them to stop in and discover what the community has to offer. With full-color electronic message centers by Daktronics and a quality design that echos the architecture of the rest of the building, the Discovery Center accomplishes this.
Villages of Solerno
As Viera's residential developments grow, SignAccess continues to provide gateway signage to its many communities, such as The Villages of North & South Solerno and neighborhoods like Cortona, Levanto and Daintree.
Viera will eventually encompass approximately 22,000 acres centered around a vibrant town center. The surrounding communities will be filled with wildlife habitats, golf courses, conservation areas, lakes, miles of nature trails, and recreational parks.
