President & CEO
Linda Kirst is a Co-Founder of SignAccess, Inc. and serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Kirst, a native of Melbourne, FL, has fifteen years of experience in the sign industry. Linda is responsible for the daily operations and financial duties involved in running and growing the company, lending her expertise in many facets of daily operations such as project management, permit procurement, office management and human resources. Ms. Kirst is also responsible for securing the necessary financing to grow the business, as well as accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
Joseph W. Couturier
Vice President & Account Services Manager
Joseph W. Couturier is a Co-Founder of SignAccess, Inc. and serves as Vice-President and Account Services Manager. Mr. Couturier, a native of Traverse City, Michigan, has over twenty-five years of experience in the sign industry all the while serving regional and national clients. His notable achievements include Citigroup’s 1997 re-branding of Commercial Credit to “CitiFinancial”, a name change in which Mr. Couturier was responsible for converting over 1200 existing locations to CitiFinancial. Joe has guided numerous mergers and acquisitions for other financial institutions including Hibernia Bank and Huntington Bank. Most of Mr. Couturier’s relationships with his customers span fifteen or more years and still exist today. You may count on Mr. Couturier for seamless image management.
Director of Production & Field Services
Tony Meurett serves SignAccess with over thirty-three years of fabrication and management experience. Hei s Director of Production, Installation and Field Services. As Director and Shop Foreman at SignAccess, Tony uses his practical knowledge to efficiently lead the fabrication team. He is always looking for new fabrication techniques to improve quality and reduce production time which, in the end, saves the customer money.
Chad Kosack serves as Production Manager. He is responsible for job scheduling and production coordination. He can be counted on for implementing stringent quality control and scheduling procedures to assure your signage is built correctly and installed on time. Having spent twelve years working in fabrication at small-format sign shop, Chad is familiar with the necessary steps and time required to see a project through to completion.
Nathan Quinter works along-side of the lead designer as a Production Illustrator. Along with sign design, Nathan is responsible for preparing art work for production and print. He also provides a breadth of knowledge in print, 3D graphics, video, audio and web design.
Originally from the New England area, Craig Phelan is the Lead Estimator. He works closely with other departments in the company in order to determine the most cost-effective way to fabricate a sign. Having spent numerous years within other production environments and creative agencies, Craig has a firm grasp on the value and time required to produce a quality product. He can be counted on to accurately determine costs and is able to offer economical alternatives in order to save customers money when necessary.
Account Services Specialist
Debra Moyer has numerous years of experience managing accounts for ad and design firms throughout the state of Florida. At SignAccess, she serves as an Account Services Specialist, Office Manager and Assistant to the Vice President. While managing customer accounts, she is responsible for maintaining order and efficiency in the office.
Shanna Brogan serves SignAccess with over 15 years of experience in the Sign Industry, providing project management and permit services. Shanna was lead project manager for over 200 new build bank sites for Chase Bank (OH, FL, GA, IL). She was also project manager for 50 sites for Commerce Bank which is located in South Florida and managed the Wachovia and Washington Mutual rebrands throughout the state of Florida. In addition to the above, Shanna was lead project manager overseeing the Disney/WDIProjects. Shanna is a vital part of the SignAccess team and has a number of responsibilities. Previous experience has included handling proposals, change orders, field management, permitting/variances, invoicing, intranet database input and update function.
